“ Honestly was shocked at how good the food was here. Being a chain sometimes I’m hesitant to go because normally the quality of food goes down. This place however does not fit that narrative. First off the portions are LARGE. and the price is extremely REASONABLE for what you get. Service was quick, I ordered online and my order was ready in 10 minutes. Yes the inside of the place can use some work as it doesn’t seem the cleanest (employees handling food not wearing hair nets, but the cashier wearing one) the floors were a little sticky and overall just needs some TLC. however the chicken is fantastic, the seasoning delicious, and the cheese fries weren’t soggy like they normally are. I’ve been craving the next time I go back here as I am hooked! ”

“ Not something i’d eat everyday, but definitely a decent chicken sandwich. Crispy, flavorful, moist. Fries were also pleasantly crispy , but nothing really for seasoning Wish there was more sauce than the tiny container they give you. I would come back, but i’d have to really really be craving it ”

“ The chicken was very juicy and well seasoned. The chicken is lightly coated in breading. 7 levels of heat, the lite mild is dusted in the red powder seasoning. The fries were crispy and the pickle was nice and cold and added a nice tang to the cut through the fat. The sauce was awesome! ”

“ My friend got a bunch of these chicken sandwiches and brought it to the park. I don’t eat spicy food at all so I’m not the right demographic. I took one bite of the medium and couldn’t take it. I took a few bites of the mild and didn’t like it. Tastes way too hot and artificial. Like a much spicier Flaming Hot Cheeto’s flavor. Much spicier but with that same artificial flavoring and food coloring. I didn’t finish any of the sandwiches and probably well never order from them again. This is probably the most positive negative review but I’m giving it 5 stars because I’m probably not the right customer. ”

“ won't hate on it just because it's a chain, and there's already like a million fried chicken sandwich places that I love, but this one is a very healthy and fresh and clean and juicy version of the fried chicken sandwich, it just tastes good but not the kind of craving crunchy juicy finger licking good that I get from some other places, but this one delivers, would recommend to try at least once, and please give soda with your meals guys that's my only complaint. oh and definitely get spicy level hot - tried hot and medium and hots when the spice really kicks in, in a good way ”

“ My first time here after hearing it was bought out for a billion bucks, and I wanted to try it before the quality goes down, which may or may not happen. Comparing this to other fast food chicken restaurants isn’t even a contest; this is miles ahead. Noticeably better than Chick-fil-A too. The breading is perfectly crispy and full of flavor without being overly greasy, and the chicken is tender and juicy. The pieces are huge too, not some mcBS. The Mac and cheese was good but I wouldn’t call it great, however the fries were very well seasoned and delicious. Also, the Mac and cheese was a small portion compared to the fries and also costs more. The server was polite and helpful. Excellent service. He made sure I had everything I needed before I left. Definitely coming back. Don’t forget to ask for some honey packets! ”
